Graduation!

The entire reason we went to Tennessee - to see Robin graduate!  She graduated from Richmond Graduate University with a Masters in Counseling.  Such fun to see them and celebrate with Robin over the weekend!

Naturally, Graham's little suit had to make another showing - I just can't resist a man in a suit!

Zach and Robin after the graduation ceremony - and Dad, below, stuck holding Robin's flowers!

Trip to Tennessee

We went to Tennessee two weekends ago for my sister in law, Robin's, graduation.  Graham was a great traveler, although he WORE HIS PARENTS OUT!  Airline travel with a little one is certainly not for the faint of heart!  We did our best to squeeze naps in where we could!  (Naps for Graham - no such luck for Mom and Dad!)  And entertainment can take many different forms in an airport!

Robin sent us a website with fun things to do in Chattanooga, and one of the things we decided to try out was an indoor playground.  Once we found it (in a very nondescript strip mall), we were a little doubtful.  BUT - we ended up having a wonderful time.  Graham LOVED it!  We also went to the aquarium in Chattanooga which was AWESOME!  They have two buildings - one devoted to the oceans of the world and the other to rivers of the world.  One of the best aquariums I've ever been to.  So funny that this is one of the highlights - the touch tank for kids was REACHABLE for a little kid!  (The touch tank at our aquarium is so tall, that I have to magically balance Graham on my knee that is dangling in the air in order for him to even reach!)

Have I Said I'm Addicted to Being Outside??

We still have to stain the bench and the table to match the chairs, but we've already been "living" outside for some time.

Kyle's newest project - he put together an outdoor shower. And we use it ALL THE TIME

Crazy Sleeping Positions (Again)

"The Rocketeer"
That dark-looking small square is my old blackberry. We've been trying to encourage Graham to have a special thing - a lovey, a stuffed animal, something. He has chosen my old blackberry. It's usually in his hand snuggled with him every night. His "bubby". (Yeah - kinda crazy! Maybe he'll learn quickly how to operate these machines. I imagine he can teach me how to use my Droid. Which I've had for quite some time and have no comprehension how most of it actually works!)

Sprinkler Time!

Kyle bought a few sprinklers for Graham, and since it was HOT a couple weeks ago, we decided to break them out. Graham insisted on helping blow up his sprinkler ball.

Where's Graham??

Graham's new favorite hiding place...

The Gardens - Round Two

Let's just say Graham is no longer intimidated by the fountains. Even the big ones! We are ON THE MOVE when we come to the gardens now. The alphabet walk, the fountains, the many swings (Graham has to swing on all of them. I think there must be 15!), the water pumps, watering the plants, and, of course, the giant box of dirt.
