New Art Class Project

Last week we painted flower pots in Graham's Art Class and planted sunflower seeds.  Graham's two seeds just sprouted and are growing like crazy!

Graham's swimming lessons have finally paid off - he experience what his instructor called "The Click" last week!!  He's making GREAT progress!

And Graham now loves to talk on the phone - real conversations!  He just chatted with Kyle on the phone yesterday for about 15 minutes!

Strawberry Picking

We recently went strawberry picking with Graham's new friend Luke and his little brother Liam.  (And their mom, Jess - my new friend!)  What a fun time!  We picked TONS of strawberries, ate a lot!, and Graham and Luke had great fun in the mud puddles.

BEACH HOUSE! Happy Birthday Reid!

We headed to the beach house for a weekend to celebrate Reid's birthday - just the Sabins, Gifts, Bradleys, and Dean.  Such a wonderful, dear group of people.  Brooks and Lizzy Kay hit it off.  And the super hero names took on whole new meaning this weekend.  Brooks is affectionately called "Meatball" which meant that Lizzy Kay just had to be "Lady Marinara".  We love these people like family!

Happy Easter!

We were ready for a wonderful Easter Day!!  We had Kyle's family over for an Easter brunch after church.  And the cousins had a great time on an Easter Egg hunt (5 cousins now with three more on the way!)  Then we hosted a dinner for our Bible Study and a massive Easter Egg Hunt for all the kids - 23 kids!  So, So fun!!!  The above cake was super yummy - a recipe from epicurious and the idea from Pinterest.

And then the REAL fun started!  Kyle rigged the wagon to the jeep.  Graham drove the jeep and Brooks pushed from the back.  This kept the kids entertained for so long!  And Jack even got out a little "parade" wave.  So cute!

All three sisters in law....pregnant at the same time and due within a month of each other!!  BeBe and Buddy will be ready to watch three babies!!!  (Just kidding!)

And I wish I had a picture....Graham and Luke were such buddies all evening.  Even once it got dark out.  They had to borrow a flashlight...we later found out they were hunting for a baby dinosaur in the backyard.  So cute to watch those two little boys!
