The Boys

The little guy crawling....

The big guy acting like "the baby"....

Graham going to his Bible class for the first time this year!  He LOVES Bible class!

Dinner Club

We hosted our dinner club last weekend - such a great group of friends.  We've been part of this dinner club for about three years, and we so love getting together with them!

My Ladies

These two dogs are my sweet little ladies!!!  LOVE LOVE snuggling them!  And they do love their naps!

Swimming Lessons

Because we are always around water - pool in the backyard and beach house in the summer - Graham has to learn how to swim.  So, we enrolled him in swimming lessons.  It's definitely hard for him, but he's making great progress!  His teacher is AWESOME!!!!!  By the end of each class, he definitely tells us something like this "I was frustrated about...." but he is making great progress!

The Botanical Gardens

Mom and I took the boys to the gardens a couple weeks ago when we got some cooler weather.  So fun to be there in such comfortable weather!

And he loves to ride Graham's big wheel....

Eight Months Old! (September 1, 2011)

Brooks is the sweetest baby!!  He loves to crawl, he loves to eat (any kind of food!), he LOVES to play with Graham, and he has two teeth!

Critters

Graham LOVES critters!  So much so, that Papa and Gigi brought over a dragonfly that had flown into their window and died.  He was HUGE!  And Kyle recently stopped the car to show Graham a turtle on the side of the road.

Bike Rides

We can all go on bike rides now!  Kyle bought a "Burley" for Brooks, and we hit the streets!  Graham insisted on bringing his squirt bottle "Full of ammunition".

More Atlanta...

Super cool toys from "Aunt Bob" (Robin)

Hugging the giant fish at the entrance to the aquarium....

Beluga Whales...
Giant octopus - very active!
Sea Dragon....which is in one of Graham's books that he loves to read about!  Tiny little sea creature.
A little penguin following Graham's hand (Funny thing - after the first 10 minutes at the aquarium, and after having seen beluga whales, playing otters, giant crabs, octopus, and sea dragons, Graham requested penguins!  "Momma - yam like to see penguins next."  Who knew they were right around the corner!  You ask and we deliver, buddy!)
Whale Sharks - "Daddy - that fish is way too big" (The whale sharks were swimming with manta rays!)

The best picture

I  had to post this picture again - LOVE this picture of me and my brother with our kiddos!!

Atlanta!

Over Labor Day weekend, we hopped on an airplane with the kids to go visit Zach, Robin, and Madeleine.  SUCH a fun trip!  (Definitely chaotic with two kids - planes, trains, and automobiles.  Literally.  But so fun!)

We took the kids to the Coke Museum, the aquarium (AMAZING aquarium!), went to Zach and Robin's church, had a cookout at their house....and even skyped with Mom and Dad with all the grandkids!

The Coke Museum - unbelievably fun!  There is a tasting room with so many of the drinks Coke makes all around the world.  Graham and Kyle were two little buddies - drinking cokes, going to the bathroom, drinking more....Graham had SO much fun!  (And he'll probably be 15 years old before I let him have another brown drink!)

The aquarium was really, really, really awesome.  The best I've ever been to.  We saw beluga whales, whale sharks (Graham said "That fish is way too big!"), penguins, sea dragons, garden eels (one of Kyle's favorites to find when we're scuba diving), giant crabs, albino aligator....the list goes on.

And - best of all - we had a wonderful time with Zach, Robin, and Madeleine.  SOOOO good to be with them!  We love them!!  And we had such a wonderful experience at the church were Zach works now (Perimeter Presbyterian in Atlanta).
