Our Hospital Adventure Revisited...

My aunt just sent me pictures from our hospital stay that are making me laugh!! My mom, aunt, and grandmother gave me a shower while I was in the hospital since we thought Graham was coming, and we were completely unprepared. For those of you who haven't met my grandmother, Ammi, you have to. She's a riot. That morning my family went shopping for the shower, and Ammi told me about how she saw such cute pink things but then remembered I was having at boy. (She thinks his name is Garrett...) So, I opened her gift, and the first thing I pull out are socks. PINK socks!! We laughed so hard! My family stayed with us in the hospital pretty much the entire day every day we were in the hospital, and we were always looking for something to do. So, Saturday we all helped Ammi finish The Pilot's crossword puzzle. Many more laughs. (She still mixes up her English and her German.) Every time we would find a word, Ammi would get a bit contorted to lean on the bed (underneath the table) to write it in. (This might be funnier to me than anyone else, so bear with me if you're not laughing...)

Showers Galore!!

Three of my very dear girlfriends - Jennifer, Heidi, and Jen - from church threw me another shower last weekend! I could really get used to this!! (I think Graham now has more clothes and cute shoes than I do!!)

Another Shower...

My girlfriends and neighbors, Jill and Erin, gave me a shower this past weekend. Our other neighborhood friends came, my mom and her friends, and my mother in law and her friends. Graham is certainly going to be a well-dressed, spoiled child. We're really starting to enjoy little boy clothes - so cute! (The second picture is of my grandmother, the third one is of my mom -in the middle - and some of her friends, the third is of my friend Jill who co-hosted the party, and the fourth is of my friends Erin and Tristie). THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!

A surprise shower!

My co-workers threw me a surprise shower last week! They had originally planned it during the week that I was unexpectedly on bedrest, and that put a wrench in the plans, but they succeeded in completely surprising me. Kyle was in on it the entire time!

Kona and Kyle - Frisbee Competition

Kona and Kyle returned to the Hyperflight Skyhounds Frisbee competition this year to defend their first place prize. They took second this year - not a bad showing! (Molly has learned how to catch a frisbee - we're thinking Kona may retire soon and Molly will make her debut this coming May.)
