Whole rockfish covered in salt and a bottle of Caymus for dinner. SOOOOOOOO de-lish!!!!! And Mom and Dad spent the night - which was SOOOO fun!! We might have to do this every year!
After we went to the Christmas Eve pageant at the Catholic Church (we LOVE our church, and I hated to miss our service. But. I knew that we would just be dropping our kids off in a classroom - or keeping them in the service and managing their disruptiveness - and I decided I wanted us to be together as a family for Christmas Eve. So we decided to go to the pageant. And it was such a good decision!! It was the perfect thing for our family for this year. And after the pageant, Mom and Dad went back home to pick up their overnight bags while Kyle took each of our kids (one by one) upstairs to read the Christmas story. So much easier to do that with one child.)
